We’re Ilka and Abdu – a German-Moroccan couple who shares the love for surfing, nature and connecting with people from all over the world.
Abdu grew up in Morocco and knows the waves, the culture and the best surf spots by heart.
Ilka is from Germany and found her second home here in Morocco. Yoga has been part of her life for many years – her teaching is grounded, gentle, and welcome to all levels.

ABOUT MOROCCAN CULTURE
Warm Hospitality: The locals here are known for their friendliness and hospitality.
Language: While Arabic and Berber are the official languages, you’ll find that many Moroccans speak French. In touristic areas like Tamraght & Taghazout most people speak English as well.
Traditions: From vibrant souks (markets) offering spices, textiles, and handicrafts, to the sounds of traditional music, the Moroccan heritage is truly enchanting.
Food: Moroccan cuisine is a blend of flavors and aromas. Don’t miss the chance to try tajine, a slow-cooked stew, or couscous.
Religion: Islam plays a central role in the life of Moroccans. While you are free to explore the beautiful mosques and religious landmarks, it’s essential to be respectful and follow any guidelines in these sacred places.
Bargaining: It’s a common practice in Moroccan markets and it’s seen as part of the shopping experience. If you’re interested in purchasing souvenirs or local goods, don’t hesitate to negotiate prices with a friendly smile.

You can search for flights to these airports:
Agadir Airport: 55 minutes drive, we will pick you up at the airport
Marrakech Airport: 3 hours and 30 minutes drive, option to take a bus from Marrakech to Agadir bus station (check the time table) and we will wait for you there or we can arrange a private pick up for you
Essaouira Airport: 2 hours and 30 minutes drive, take a bus directly to Taghazout (check the time table) or we can arrange a private pickup for you
